Batman sketches

Recently have looked through Mazzucchelli's Batman and come up with these sketches.

These are great! How are you doing the colors? is this digital or actual watercolor?
I wasn't sure how I felt about the white line on batman's left side in the 3rd picture so I did a draw over to remove it. I think I like it better but do see the advantage of separating him from the shadow.

That looks whole lot better and makes sense as there should be no strong back light from the wall.

This is a digital watercolor. I used custom watercolor brushes in Procreate
