uh..is he wearing a shirt? wheres his sleeves end? I get that youre trying to give the indication that hes skinny, but the ribs through the shirt is kinds pushing it. I really like the rendering on this though.

I'd add some wrinkles showing the upward stretch from where the shirt is tucked into his pants. Kids face looks like he joined one to many fight clubs behind the monkey bars at school

toddoss: It was supposed to look like the original superman costume not like a shirt but maybe you're right and I should add those wrinkles... I'll have to try that out.

Yeah, some wrinkles and seams on the shirt would help this image out

I think it reads well, maybe more shading on the outfit or color. but it looks cool to me.

i agree with pigeonmilk that the suit itself could use a bit more shading. it looks good by itself, but with the amount of shading on the kids face it makes it look a bit washed out. other than that i love the concept and the facial expression. cool cool stuff.

Just paintbucketing some flat colors on this as it would really make it pop, especially if the colors were "offset" or bled a little out of the line-work.
