  • 'By Crom!' vs 'For the Glory of Sparta'

Thought I would keep track of my progress on this.
I finally sat down today and started the PUMMEL Street Fight drawoff I have with Dri.
Also wanted Dri to get a peak at it.

We were to choose One Favorite Comic Character vs One Favorite Videogame Character.
    I chose Conan vs Kratos.
One big brawl for the king of the universe!

I'm going to have to scan this thing in two pieces. I drew it too big. Which also means ALOT more detail...hehehe.

UPDATE: For fun...I joined all the scans and created a gif. It was my first time. LOL Still can't believe I figured it out.

File size might be big, just let it load. Enjoy!

The detail on Conan's torso looks great. It'll be interesting to see how you treat Kratos -- compositionally. One of his arms is positioned to possibly block his face.

Looks solid so far. And especially appealing as I am reading a collection of Conan stories and playing God of War for the first time. (No, not at the same time)

          Built in audience right here.

The only comment i have is that i would think Conan's right foot would be planted on the ground ( better sense of balance if you were to attack someone no?) instead of being on tip toes which it seems like he is now, other then that this is a very promising and great piece!

Ditto on the sword handle. The rendering on this "leg warmers" look great too, very realistic.
