This is the first page of a short story I just started working on. It's sort of a cyber-punk crime noir story set in the same universe as my series "disunity".

Having somebody stepping on the logo is a good suggestion, I'll give it a try.

As for the background (buildings, cars, technology, etc.) The world this takes place in is a weird combination of things that you might see when you look out your window right now and futuristic/alien tech that could only exist in science fiction. Some of that feel will be added in the inking stage.

Very nice work, Ron. "November" is spelled incorrectly, unless it's some futuristic thing that's part of the story.

Great crowd, very natural. The V.P. on the left looks to be too close to the page, when you get to the logo it's clear the distortion.

Josem, you're right about the one VP being too close to the page, I tried to minimize the distortion in the inking and coloring without completely re-drawing the scene.


This is pretty close to finished now.
