I think you're off to a nice start, few things to think about:
The doorway in the back and the wall are creating really bad tangents with her face and head.
Her right hand could use some touchups in terms of clearer silhouette, and her right thumb is way too small. A less contrasted scan would also help to make it more readable.
And lastly: Whats goin on ???????????????????????

Is that a doorway? I thought she was standing outside, and that was some kind of big pillar (similar to what she's standing next to), and those were rock formations off in the distance on the left side (though they could be cracks and holes in the base of a wall too). But there's also something flying around up in the upper left area of the image too. So I'm thinking it's outside. Like in the middle of a desert or something. Other than that, I also have no clue what's going on. She's getting ready to punch...something?

The lack of any sort of shading on the figure makes it look really flat. And also makes it look out of place with the shading style used in the background. There are also some structure, proportion and anatomy problems. Her right (on our left) thigh is WAY too long (compare it to the level her knee is at on the other leg). The use of a solid, unbroken line to define her abs on one side further adds to the flatness of the image. Too many shapes here are defined by simply drawing an unbroken outline of uniform thickness around the outside of them. The hands need a lot of work (use references!), and her breasts are all wrong. I'd recommend checking out Proko's videos on Youtube about how to draw breasts.
