Your values tend to be very grey. It's not a huge deal in a simple panel that's showing some simple action. But you cram a lot of detail in your panels and the greyness flattens stuff out. I can read it, but its work. If it takes more effort to make things out, it's going to be harder to sustain the reader's interest.
That big splash page with the woman on the bridge is a good example. Like damn, you're putting in some work in this comic. There's a ton of cool details going on. But when I first looked at that page, I kept thinking "what the **** is that thing next to her? A machine?" Once I could actually make out the little alien fellow--it could totally see him. But I think initially the washed values of his little arms on the control panel blended in with the values and rhythms of the trees in the background. I would think about either tinkering with the values in Photoshop to add more darks or manually going back in with some chunky black holding lines to punch the silhouettes.
