I like the looseness of the sketch... BUT what are all the 'exploding' type lines coming of his burnt side?
Makes him look like he has alot of exploding pimples etc.

I am a big fan of French Artist Enki Bilal. Here is a sampler of his style. Thus, my "weird" lines flowing from Two Face's ravaged side are just stylistic efforts to add some depth to the art, as opposed to a straight portrait of this villain.
