This would work as a single panel in a 24 page book but not as a single shot illustration. Nothing here says Hex rather than Jack Wilson, Bill Munny, Liberty Valance, Frank Miller, Bernardo O'Reilly etc, etc, etc...

What separates Hex from all the others? The scar and uniform. For Hex, flop drawing 180°, show the scar and give us some indication of his CSA past.
