The new images aren't an official Marvel thing. It looks like an amateur group on the internet redrew the Handbook, kind of like a Penciljack project. Some of them are really good. Some of them are basically like XKCD.
EDIT: lol nm, I see Smitty popped in while I was drafting my post. Now I can use the pic to argue with him again. *whew*Comment
