MC Escher called and he wants his building back. I don't have a problem with the nipple .... it is a case shadow.
SFA- that is a tough perpective to pull off on her you really need to work on that type of pose because you rarely see a girl swinging below you. (I see them swinging above me sometimes) Your forshortening is getting there but a little off on her.... mostly on her left arm and leg. you might wanna try a more design oriented approach to the hair. you don't need to draw that many Hairs you just need to get the point across that she has hair.....that is a hell of a part she has. One more thing that makes your perspective seem wonkie is having that wisp of hair in front of the line she is holding.
It was one of those pieces you just start and keep going at....I never do much work on cityscapes so when I had sketched the character, I thought I'd drop in a background type that I wouldn't normally opt for. I lightboxed both parts together probably leading to the diffence in angles.
Jonas > LMAO ....my mom and I were just taking about that in referance to drew barrymore.
SFA > ya the light box is my third favorite tool #1 pencil, #2 eraser and then my BOX.....maybe forth if you include paper. I use it for everything, mostly I draw my figure and background and scan them in resize them and drop them on the board. I can move the angles of the figure around and create a more dynamic layout and prevent any nasty little tangents. Long live Guinness

Reason: added a line
Doing these pin ups to pass the time, taking some time out before I send away the artwork for a story I'm putting into print.....let's just say I'm dragging my heels slightly before publishing!
