Top one looks great, bottom one has some issues going on, imo.
I guess you've been looking at it for ages on end, but here I go anyway

The two big characters in the back lack a nice outline, looks like pencils there.
The overall composition is not as strong as in the first one,
Tangent alert on smileys foot and cape.
Uh, and chopping of the hand of a flying character is a nono, or so I've heard. ^^

Yeah, the big characters are supposed to be giants who are off in the distance so I was trying to make them lighter and less detailed. I can't lie, I wasn't paying a lot of attention to composition. I was pretty much just going down the character list and putting them where space was available. I didn't know that about flying characters. He wanted me to have figures overlapping from one cover to the next so I didn't pay enough attention there.

I haven't finished coloring the third.

This is epic man, hard to make so many characters together. Inks and colors look great, the size of some heads look a bit off to me, but maybe it's just a style option.
