I love the detail and raw look of your pencils. Are those mechanical bats in the background! I am having a hard time figuring out the scale of The Bat. Are those structures in the foreground supposed to be tiny, or his The Bat supposed to be huge?

Very neat, the moon in the sky and the giant wall obstructing the view reminds me of some of the nutty stuff Jack Kirby used to draw. I dig it.

i had a lot of fun with this one, although by the end of it
i started to see spots before my eyes
@colorwizard - mechanical bats? yes, let's go with that.
futuristic robot bats
as for the scale, he's just a regular sized batman, and the structures
in the foreground are like dystopian telephone poles and random
street machinery, 'cause it's 2099.

@Rene A. - the "snow" is pollution, ash or maybe fallout from the
reactor meltdown in Metropolis.

@Pencilero - i'm chuffed that this reminds you of Kirby.
i look at his work almost everyday.
