remove those fractuals in the blood or that swirly light stuff and the bars

more blood in hand with heart, gold for metals to go with colour scheme also to enforce that those metals are very precious and gold buttons too

you definately need more contrast

have blood drip a bit from his mouth on to the clothes

fix your ligting, so far all i see is light to medium but barely any dark (where is your light source coming from?)

as for the shirt and tie i would suggest a red tie and black shirt

remove shine in jewel of staff.
