If you're going for exaggerated proportions that's cool, but I think right now it's making her head look really small. If you enlarged the upper torso above the waist it would give her more realistic proportions. Or in line with the Betty Boop inspiration, you could make her head larger to balance things out a bit.
I do think that outfit would never work. If she turns her torso left, right, up, or down those demon twins are saying hello to everyone. Might want to rethink it. I also noticed the '666' on the legs shouldn't be reversed, we would still read it left to right.

Looks great. Far as I can tell, she's a straight up 8-heads heroic figure -- I think the proportions are spot on for what you seem to be going for. The small head emphasizes her other qualities.
