Batman and joker pin up

Here is a Joker pin up i did. Pencils, inks and colors all by me. I added some DC banner and title i found on Google and cropped it on, just to see how it felt if it were a published DC work. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

This is pretty bad ass if i have to say like the background, cards have alot of detail.

I don't think the type is really doing the piece justice. Harley peeking out from behind it is very distracting. The art itself is awesome, but if displaying on your own website or tumblr or whatever, I'd leave the type off.

I agree with Wassy about the type. If you're gonna make any changes start with pulling the POV back so Bman's nose isn't cut off and we can see Harley's eyes. The type and logo should compliment the artwork (I know you just cut and paste, but just throwing it out there)

If I were to make my own personal suggestion it would be get more dramatic lighting in there. Your linework is pretty solid and you don't need to do too much to make this look even more awesome. If you dont want to go crazy with the light just add some subtle gradient highlights on him maybe on the forehead nose cheek and chin on one side and throw a rim light on his jawline on the other it'll bump it up nicely. But that's up to you. If you dont want to mess with the light at all I'd say at least bump the brightness the jokers face a little overall so it stands out more from the cards and BG. The cards are cool.
