the colored lines of the figure (the blue) seem a bit too light.
usually bgs would have more colored linework than the foreground.
if the bg had colored linework it would push it back further where here it seems to jup forward because of the jet black linework. whereas the opposite is true for the figure.
idk... it just all seems backwards.

agreed. My eyes won't stop jumping to the building in the bg.

The building is prominent, though it doesn't seem to overpower the foreground figure, to me. The thing that does sort of jump out at me is that her thumb does not seem to be grasping the gun handle.
