I think it's very cute.
If you're looking to have it copryighted (or is that copywritten???) by the LOC as a precedent for all future images you do of the character, then I think it achieves what you need it to do by showing the full frontal of the character.
But if that's not what you're asking, could you be more specific. -

Looks a lil bit boring to me. nice clouds but emotionless color working...sorry but thats the way it is!
Try to set some highlights and use some different color choices!
