Woverine 1st appearance

Heres another commission that I enjoyed doing. It was 11x14 of Wolverine (1st appearance) vs Hulk. I ran into a problem when I found out that the brush pen I used runs when I used the markers on it.

Btw Wolverines first mask looked ridiculous.

I think Wolverine's first appearance was in the '70s, so nearly every character looked ridiculous at that time (some could make an argument that most still do).
The piece is fantastic btw.

objectively, i don't think it looks that much more ridiculous than any other superhero mask. they are all pretty silly. i like that it incorporated whiskers into the design.

Wo-Nellie- Tell me about it I'm working on a first appearance of Luke Cage, I think thats all I need to say.

Dave- It reminds me a lot of Hellcats mask in the whiskers kind of way.

Thanks for the compliments guys- I'm finding it really difficult to stop working on these commissions at the point that I'm suppossed to. I really wanted to add a background to this but for the commission they didnt pay for one and I dont think it'd be fair to the people who pay me to do a background to put one in. That and I have a good list of them to get through so I cant nitpick to much and take a couple days on each. As it is I'm finishing ones like this in about 6-4 hours (easily twice as much time as I would put in a convention commission) but I'm still trying to limit my time on these
