I have to be honest and tell you that, before I scrolled down so I could see the bottom of the image, it looked like the Thing was getting ready to "service" the Hulk.

Very awkward looking setup you went for there. I think my biggest problem with this is that you don't get to see that this is the Hulk. Back shots don't really work for me with a pinup. Had this been one panel from a sequential, then I could see it.

I don't really like how each individual "rock" on Thing has been shaded. It makes him look like he's got bubbles all over his body.

See, in this image only parts in shadow have been filled in with black. Some of the rocks have slightly thicker lines away from the light source, but that's it.

I don;t mind the individual shading, but I find that his face gets lost in it.

I second that, very difficult to make out his head/face.
I do like the over-all composition. I can tell he's barrel-driving the Hulk even though old green-genes' face isn't showing like Popninja said, but not everybody might be able to tell. If it were a cover for Marvel they'd undoubtedly reject it since both of their stars aren't clearly being shown.

              Thing and Hulk

I thought that I would mention that this reminds me of the how to draw the marvel way book. When they show you one way and then the marvel way. This is what the reader doesn't want to see. They want to see the action after the lift that doesn't include the THING's head staring at HULK's crotch.
Good job on the proportions though.

You may want to consider making this a side shot possibly, with Thing's head coming out the back under Hulk's left arm, making it look like Hulk has Thing in a headlock. This way you can still show Thing doing whatever he's planning to do with the Hulk, and both faces can he shown in profile.
