A bit more use of shadows would add some solidity and weight to the figures, but I think poses, proportions and composition are all looking really strong!
Wow loving these, especially the Black Cat one. So much energy in her pose! It's great that you're timing yourself for sketches before you get to the Con, I didn't do it but found I didn't have a problem completing sketch commissions in a decent time-frame. I recommend drawing up a time table beforehand and if people want sketches over the weekend slot them in, this way you know you haven't got too many that you have to stay up drawing through-out the night and it also means that if you're getting them done at a decent pace you can accept more.
Looks hot to me. In my limited experience sketch cards are good too, I have been having alot of luck selling them to woman and children in particular. Its good your practicing on your timing. I'm terrible at estimating how long it takes me to sketch, and my quality suffers in the rush to completion, good luck! I hope it goes well for you. Oh, if your nervous like me stay off the ice cofee (shake shake shake)
Going to the con in Chicago this week and am sitting with my brother Robert Atkins and its my first con sitting in artist alley and did these three sample con sketches just to get used to it before I get there. Tell me what you think. I'm thinkin of doing sketch cards but havent gotten to em yet.
Well Enjoy Lookin!
