This looks good!
I think his right hand (the far one) should be a bit smaller- it looks to be about the same size as the extended hand even though it's further away.
Other than that, though, this is pretty solid. Nice rendering and pose. Keep it up!

thanks for the comments sacred, hands are definitely one of my weaker points and one of the things i'm workin on.
