I had a lot of fun with this one. most of the characters I have never drawn before, so I think it came out decently.

I think this would be alot better if you stitched the 2 together as they should be, kind of distracting. If I had to nitpick I would have to say that some of the proportions are off...like Cap and Surfer look like midgets. Other then that it looks pretty good overall. I have personally always had problems drawing Thing. Good stuff man, good stuff!

This is really nice ... I think a background would really help this piece though ... unless they are in a snowy field ... then it is all good ... .

I would say other then what has been mentioned ... the standout character for me is Iron Man. You have ALL these other characters doing dynamic things ... and he is just kind of hovering there shooting in one direction with one hand ... it looks a little comical. Like he could be saying "BAH STUPID RAT... BAM". Otherwise this is a really great piece.

Edit" I was just wondering who some of your artistic inspirations are?? I think I know a few ... Gary Frank comes to mind ... but there are a few influences here.

This is pretty ambitious, it makes me want to do a group shot like this.

What makes these hard to do is the way you arrange the characters. You have to be careful of how the characters overlap.

You have a few tangents going on here, such as the hulks right fist and silver surfers leg. Spider man's right foot and silver surfers right hand. Fury's gun and black panthers leg. Wolverines right claw and hulks foot. Also, Ms marvels left thumb covering her eye is kind of distracting.

These tangents can flatten out our drawings so its important to try to avoid them.

O, thanks for identifying that unmasked hero for me. Guess Luke Cage is suppose to look like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Luke_Cage.jpg

Which I guess dates me some.

what really made it interesting was that I went from a really light sketch to inks. it also made me realize that I prefer to fully pencil most work.

nice. 1 thing though in doing group shots/drawing like this, always keep in mind to put the characters in different levels from foreground to background. this feels a little bit flat. hope to see more!
