      I have a couple crits:

I think Venom's head is too small or not forshortened. I would draw his tongue, legs too and maybe throw in a background. Oh, and the lighting should be affecting Spidey at least in the blue areas.

Also, Venom doesn't set off Spidey's spider sense!! Right?

Hey, Eric. I notice that you're having some difficulty with hands and some of the arm anatomy, etc. Please allow me to recommend a great book to you that might prove to be very helpful to you. Jack Hamm's DRAWING THE HEAD AND FIGURE is a 128 page paperback that is chocked full of great artistic advice on drawing the human figure. Next to Loomis' FIGURE DRAWING FOR ALL IT'S WORTH, this book is the BEST "How-To" art book on the market, and it only costs $10! It's one of the few art books in my collection that I still find to be helpful, and I've been drawing for almost 35 years now. If it can still teach this old dog a few new tricks, I hope it can help you as well. DRAWING THE HEAD AND FIGURE is available in the art section of most book stores, and it's available on Amazon here:

I think you might really dig it. I love it.

        Take care,

Alfred: The head being small is simi on perpous. I want it the size of a normal human head, cause alot of people draw Venom with a big head to match his body. But I guess I might have made it too small. As for the tounge, XD I dont like venom with it. But I think your right about me needing shading on spidey. Thank!

Bruce: Wow thanks! I'll check out thouse books! I do have probelem with the arms.

Don't we all? Heh. That's why I recommend the book. I've spent years and years drawing, and even though things come much easier for me than they used to, I still hit an artistic snag every now and then. No artist is immune to such things. The best weapons we artists can wield are knowledge and experience, but every now and then a good "how-to" book like DRAWING THE HEAD AND FIGURE is just what the doctor ordered. It's a problem solver.

You have a really strong contour line but it seems that figuring out what to put inside that form is tricky for you. It's hard because a lot of artists portray this differently. I think one that would be good to look at for you might be Mike Allred http://www.comicartcommunity.com/gal...8715e0524ad80d
He doesnt work to much inside the form, but his structure is great and very solid. Plus he tells a great story! Good luck with the drawings. BTW ditto what everyone else said.
