Poison Ivy

I like the background color, makes her hair stand out all that much more. I also like the out of focus-ness of the background, very photolike.

This has a lot of personality with the frames of facial expressions.

I'd love to see some parts more refined and detailed. I don't have anything against the speedpaint look, but it can look a bit abstract and sloppy sometimes.

Thanks man. Yeah I have always envisioned a really nutty Ivy, like a PETA person on acid only it's with plants. Keep trying to get that across and have yet to really nail it.

This was also a good excuse to do some face studies. I agree with the colors. I was going for a muted scheme because its too predictable to use bright vibrant colors for a crazy person, but in the end the more vibrant colors would have worked much better. Thanks again for the input.

You've got skills no doubt, and this is really good. I especially like the multiple expressions, it kind of implies a manic`ness to her,

I would say though that I think the colors are too de-saturated, especially the BG.

For a draw-off. A bit rushed but oh well. Thunderstorms is another reason to a list of many that is going to make me go back to traditional only. lol. Digital is just so damn fast. Anyway C+C thanks
