  • Ink portraits

    I was playing around with an ink brush setting that I bought for Photoshop. Usually when I render something in PS, I do progressive layers of "penciling" until the values get darker and then I use some sort of ink brush to go over the darker areas, do holding lines, etc. Using this brush I kinda skip over a lot of that process. What do you guys think of the result?

          They were both based on old sketches I had on my computer. The second one was originally sketched from photo reference, the first one was just imagination.

            Beautifully done, great simple lines. they are both really good, but I like the 2nd one due to the cheeky expression, it's (almost) hard for me to believe that these are done on the computer rather than actual marker !!
