[Wanted ($)] Professional level artist for occult noir graphic novel

I'm a writer with a few published works coming out soon. My next project is a 4-part miniseries, which starts as a modern day noir and takes an occult turn.

I need an artist that is very familiar with American culture and TV/film genres.

I envision a somewhat cartoony, but detailed and realistically rendered style. But I'm open to looking at all styles.
