[Wanted] Artist Wanted For Pitch Package

I'm in need of a artist of professional calibre, to draw up 8 pages and a cover for a submission package.

This is a back end project, unfortunately. But it's a great project to get involved in, and I have several publishing options that are being taken into consideration

Initially, all I need is the 8 pages, but if the project gets picked up, we can talk about extending that.

8 pages and a cover ? That's a lot of work; why do you need so many pages for a submission package ?

I plan on pitching to everyone, including the big companies. I want to show everyone that sees the submission that we mean business. Plus if it is done right then 8 pages and a cover will mean a huge chunk of the first issue will already be complete upon acceptance. Basically I want to blow the socks off of companies and make them feel that they have to pick up this project.
