The Return is a post-apocalyptic urban fantasy comic book series in which the Elves return from the Distant Shore to find the Earth overpopulated and environmentally imperiled. Feeling they must act in the best interests of the planet the Elves implement a fascist regime of world government, curtailing human population and industry with devastating magic.
