Red flags go up for me when someone's first post is

(1) to solicit an artist (posted in the wrong place)

(2) no pay is mentioned

(3) no profile info

(4) no contact info

(5) the home web page given is an expired Geo-cities page

and most of all

(6) I could draw it myself, but I don't want to do it, because (insert reason here).

I've moved this to the proper section. All solicitations belong in the bulletin board section for future reference. The lab forums are for artists seeking constructive criticism on their own art.

I agree with the other comments here. I am a bit mystified as to why you would not draw it yourself, especially as the art examples here are of high quality. In my view collaborating with someone would almost take the same amount of time as just doing it yourself. If you give it to someone else, you risk a rush-job and disappointment.
