Looking for artist, $20/pg

I'm Andrew, and I'm looking for an artist that can submit 6 b/w pages, either in finish pencil or inked, in every 25 days.

I know that $20 isn't much, but that is the limitation of my budget.

Can you tell us/me more about the project? And are you stating that you need 6 pages of finished art every 25 days? For approximately how long a timeframe?

I'm looking to publish a dual-story anthology book, each month, for as long as I can afford to finance it.

The 6 pages would be preferably in finished pencil stage, to save time and/or money, but, if the selected artist is willing to submit inked(liquid or digital) pages, at no extra cost, that would be fine, also.

I have some rough concepts in mind, but I need to get with my writer to flesh them out more.

What I've done in the past, is sketch out rough pencils on whichever story I'm working on, so that the finish artist has an idea of what to submit.
