It's true that production stills often look way way way worse than the actual end result on the screen, but still...not promising.

at least the stunt double can run properly. Palicki runs like a shot deer...
they really should have used Erica Durance's outfit from Smallville. Looks a lot more authentic than this crap.

I loved Palicki when she was on Friday Night Lights and can't wait to see her here. I'm looking to enjoy this as much or more than Smallville. That's probably the closest comparison. And despite what anyone says about Smallville it made it 10 seasons and while many leave a lot to be desired some of them are very, very good.

The one thing I do hate is that it's on NBC. They have a horrible history of canceling a show if it doesn't do huge rating right out of the box.

I'm looking forward to it as well, hoping it will be good. However, even if it is awesome, I don't anticipate it lasting long, because of what you mention above. Also, it seems very few and far between that supernatural/superhero/sci fi stuff lasts long on the regular networks (obviously there are exceptions, like X-Files...but generally, they only last a couple seasons).

This really doesn't look that bad too me; I think Smallville and Heroes have really lowered the bar on TV superhero shows done half-assedly.

Also, David E. Kelley can be hit-or-miss; this show can either be interesting as Boston Legal or as insipid as Ally McBeal - historically, his female-centric shows tend to be unwatchable, like Boston Public.
