If Gwen Stacy is in the movie, I guess this film won't be a prequel to the Raimi films like they were hinting it would be (supposedly taking place somewhere between the first and second movie).

I'm suprised they casted Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, and not MJ.

She's a drop dead gorgeous redhead, and looks like a supermodel.

Don't even get me started. Can you just imagine the previous Spider-Man films with a dish like Emma Stone as MJ? Instead we got Kirsten Dunst. OY!

Either way, she works, blonde or brunette. At least they've got that much right with this reboot.

I don't know, I don't think I've heard the basketball comparison enough. Maybe somebody should mention it some more to really drill it into our heads. It's not a picture perfect adaptation of the comic costume, but It's still instantly recognizable as Spidey. I'm digging everything about this so far, even the title sounds great.

I was actually thinking of Emma Roberts, which is strange because I already knew that they cast Stone as Gwen, so I don't know why I had Emma Roberts in my head.

With the right lighting the suit is looking better. The look of the actor is fitting the Ultimate Spiderman well.

Am I the only one who thinks that Emma Stone isn't a good actress, doesn't look as hot as everybody says she is and doesn't like the way she talks?
I tried to watch Easy A but was totally annoyed by her weird speech defect... I know everybody loves that movie but for me it was just a flick that tried to copy John Hughes films and failed miserably.
