With apologies to JC, the LHW division, and the rest of PUMMEL, I'm tapping out.

I've currently got nothing in the creative tank. I'm completely empty, and I won't have anything worth anything by Friday. I've got personal things messing with my head, as well as work making me crazy. Put it all together and I just can't get my head into drawing anything worth sharing in the competition.

I'm pretty sure my PUMMEL days as an artist are over.

Damn bud thats so sad to hear...but sadly i feel your pain...my tank is real low as well...but i stay here to keep the pencil moving atleast a little bit! thnx for the heads up...im sure your doodles woulda beat me anyway...i think they have before

Sad to hear Pop. I know how tough it can be to get in that drawing zone especially if you have a reg. Job, house, kids,etc. The lightweights have really lost a lot of competitors. It may be time for me to come back again ( for the thousandth time). I'll let you guys know by the 25 if I'm back. Pop deal with real life, refresh, and then pick up that pencil again. You're too good.

Sorry to hear you go Pop. Don't say that they are over. I know we like this competition to be what represents our best work. But at the core, like JC said, it is practice to make us better and keep the pencil moving. But it is good for us to take time to prioritize our lives. Please, recharge and return when you are ready.

I am getting close to needing a break as well, but only will once it gets in the way of my deadlines for my comic work.

Looking at Pummel participation, it may be time to advertise again. I believe that's how we got Veritas and a couple of others. Hell, we can probably get some of the new PJers that hang out in the other sections.
