Excellent Pieces both of you crazy cats.

Dann - So much to like about your pic. The only thing that wrecks it for me is the odd ball cliff with a dude on it. I just don't get it. Feels like an after thought. Negative space would have worked better there as the image is already so full.

Fallen - I want to do bad things to this image. I kinda wanna own the pencils so if you're sell'n shoot me a PM. Textures, composition, dynamics - A+. Completely stunning image.

Both of these are quite good. Very good, in fact. But I think Fallen just took it one step higher.

Both are indeed great pieces. In most cases, I would vote for the inked work against the penciled work. But Fallen, you have produced an incredible looking work of art. You're amazing !

Fallen, that is outstanding pencil work. Fully rendered, but doesn't lose the energy.

Dann you've got a good pic too, and you get credit in my book for taking the time to make a whole new one (which was an improvement on the first).

I was looking forward to seeing how this turned out and I think both parties did an excellent job. I saw both of these previously but only now did I notice the intricate detail that Fallen put into the demons that LD is fighting. That is just amazing work.

And yes, Dann, it's all karma from last month.

^ Totally agree. this type of entry against Bovey's typical awesome pencil work is gonna be a can't miss matchup. I smell 'artist's shinning moments' near by...
