    Welcome to the 52nd Round of EverBrawl. Our topic this time:

    Steve Ditko's Spider-Man

    Due: 11:59PM EDT(New York City, USA time or UTC - 4) July 31, 2018

      I used to read all the spiderman comics... spectacular, the amazing, web of etc... #1 fan, me.

      deceptively simple costume... brilliant design

          I was tryin to do Ditko's spidey eyes here. Forgot the armpit webbing. I'm always missing little details like that. GAAH!

            What medium is that, Ratcrack? It looks like crayon or pastels. I wouldn't have missed the underarm webbing if you hadn't mentioned it. But I hate when I forget a finger or something.

              nice job, ratcrack.

              thanks and yeah, pell... I think the trick to is... if the arm (body or leg) is pointing away from you the u's in the webbing curl toward you --- then if the torso or limbs are pointing toward you the U's still point toward you... (If you look carefully you'll see I didn't get the webs quite right in mine."

              John byrne explains it a little differently ... but you can see in his images that this is what's happening.

                Done with color pencils. I drew a pretty small Spider-man, heh. No more than 7".
