Rules of this section:

Hey dave I have 50 posts have been a member for more than three days and have not been able to vote on or post a poll in the pummel area am I still in pummel?
i enjoy voting in pummel, however, i have an idea. maybe when we enter the pummel section there could be something noting the ones we have already voted on? like there is with topics we have posted in. just an idea.
