I agree, the top page is great.
The bottom page has some storytelling problems...could you lay it out in a way that you see the person that is expelling the energy - and then have the fallout from that on the next panel.
Or conversely have the energy output from the person and the other on the receiving end in the same panel???
These were pages from a short story I did a couple years back and I have zero desire to go back and correct abything with that page. How the writer wanted it is how i gave it. But I'm glad that you guys like it though....
