I'm almost done with the line work but I can't figure out which way to have the eyes go. Towards his right or towards the viewer? Here's the pic, Let me know what you think so far....

This is pretty cool man. I think the main thing that you could have done is make the head smaller to push the extreme angle more. The upper legs should also be longer. His arms come down past his knees, which ain't right.

Dynamic perspective, I like it. I always have trouble with this
    type of thing.

I picture him looking away, to his right.

Also, I'd turn his left foot toward the viewer a touch.

I agree with iSiT about his left foot. His knee is facing forward-right, so his foot can't face back-right without twisting his lower leg, which is awkward. Or at least, his toe should point down a bit.

I'd have him looking right (his left), like "oh, so you think I don't know you're behind me, do you?"

Fantastic! I've been stuggling with this kind of pose for MONTHS now, and gotten nowhere near what you've accomplished. Maybe have his eyes look out straight along the same line/vector as his nose? His gaze would also be up above the "eyeline" of the veiwer. That would feel dramatic to me. Now it looks "wary", or like he's reacting to some "off-camera" movement or sound, which is also perfectly valid.
