I like both of these characters. Superman is misused and Thor can be. Yet when you have great teams working on them I love to read their books.

I would have to give this to Thor though. Magic is a weakness to Superman and Thor can crush Superman with magic.

Thor is a god, an immortal no matter where he is in this universe. He would crush Superman as soon as he left our solar system...or has DC changed the whole Superman getting his powers from our sun. Either way Thor would win

Superman retains his power even outside of the sun. He loses it over time. he's a solar battery. He absorbs the energy it stays with him. Its why he doesn't lose power when its night out. He would for a while still have his powers in other systems that don't have our type of sun.
