I think BOTH can win. Each has advantages over the other that, if put into effect under an agreeable circumstance, may decide a victor.

Well, this IS comics. The characters will be exactly as strong or weak as the writers want/need them to be to accomplish the story points they want to tell at that particular moment - and the character's canon be damned.

One minute, Supes will use his "Super Disguise" and "Super Ventriloquism" to fool Thor into doing something stupid, the next Thor's "Asgardian Hunting Smell" and "Odin-Hair" will bail him out at the last possible moment!

That's just the way they DO it in comics.

I'm sorry, HOW fast does Mjolnir fly? Can it keep up with Superman running at about 5 or 6 times the speed of light? You know he can keep up with the Flash, right?
