Yeah, Batman was on the Justice League with NO powers and he still kicked ass. Any man that can roll with Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, and Green Lantern and still hold their own with NO POWERS is the baddest mofo on Earth.

Rorschach is a joke in comparison. Joker would own him in half an issue.

To be fair Rorschach probably would have pulled Red Hood out of the vat of chemicals and then beaten him to death with a propane tank so the Joker probably wouldn't be an issue.

Lets take a look and see if Rorshack could tangle with the villains that Bats has put down..if he can't beat these clowns, he won't be able to beat Batman..

That aside, Batman is a better trained fighter, where Ozzy wupped Rorashack and the nightowl, Batman would be able to out fight ozzy....Bane would own Ror...so would KGBeast... no contest.
