LOL! I like it. Next time work more on the machine gun reference, because I saw that in caricature working on that stuff add value to the pic! You nailed him except for the eyes Stalllone glance (imho).
Good work!
Here's a quick caricature of Sylvester Stallone as Rambo I did for the sketch group tonight. Determined to work on the likenesses at least once a week until I get a better handle on it. Of course it's a bit goofy and way out of date, by about 20 years or so, but it was a fun one to draw:

^Thanks, Simone! I appreciate the feedback! My likenesses in caricatures and portraits needs a LOT of work! But I'm going to keep after it! Thanks for the tip on the machine gun too. Gotta get refs for these things instead of trying to draw what I remember an M-60 looking like
(think I missed the entire front sight post
!)
And here's another quick one from the sketch groupfor tonight. Too broke to go out and do anything tonight so I watched some TV and drew a quick sketch. Got a quick streetfight coming up and then need to hit the PRM matchup hard or I am going to lose badly this month:

^Thanks, Steve! Yup, gotta remember reference is my friend!
Here's a uber-quick New Mutants sketch for the sketch group tonight. I whipped up the Cannonball one so fast that it felt like a cheat to not do something else, so I drew a Psyche to go with him and pasted `em together in GIMP. Probably should have colored this image but I've gotta use a couple hours tonight to keep working on my PUMMEL stuff. Not going to wait to the last minute again this month (knock on wood!)

Here's another quick drawing I did of the original topic for the sketch group tonight. The character's name is Grat and his description is listed in WSG #262:

This is my latest magnum opus (), done for a streetfight with Wassy due on June 10th. We both got done early so I posted up the poll and we'll see how it goes. Her drawing is quite good! This was a fun one to draw, but like a lot of my drawings it sort of got away from me and ended up being more time consuming than I originally planned. My original idea was to have the Incredibles fighting Megamind and his henchmen from that movie, and I wanted to have some sort of coherent, circular shaped composition with a background (easy right?
) Well, I think I mostly succeeded with what I set out to do. If I have time I will ink this off and on and try to add some colors too as I'm pleased with how it turned out:

Here's one for tonights Weekly Sketch Group. This is the original character as written up by Favorite-N. Lord Cotter Collins of Oreville. He's supposed to be encased in a suit of armor that looks like a WH40K Space Marine but more Steam-Punk style. Probably didn't quite go enough Steam-Punk on this one, though...

What a coincidence! I re watched the Incredibles yesterday while I was working. That's a very good drawing!
Your rendering is really improved man!
Thanks, Simone! I think some of it that I spent about 9-10 hours on that Incredibles drawing, and probably spend well less than an hour on most of the sketch group stuff that I post up here. If I take my time and make corrections, etc. my stuff usually comes out looking a bit better(imagine that
).
Speaking of drawing something quickly, here is a quick one for the sketch group this week of the SNL Church Lady, as played by Dana Carvey ages ago, boxing with her arch-nemesis (Looks more like Margaret Thatcher, though....):
