In Search of Greg Capullo's Krash Course

Does anyone know where to find Greg Capullo's Krash Course? I found the Geocities website, http://www.geocities.com/mmwtutorials/capullo.html, but I cannot load past the perspective section.

I have been all over google looking for a pdf. or complete library, but all of the sources I can find are from post as far back as 2002. Not surprisingly, all the links are dead and any pdf. I find is apparently "corrupt".

I would greatly appreciate a point in the right direction.

Did you try searching the forum for the keywords? It's been seen in the wild before.

Also it's reprinted in one of the collections, though I can't recall which one offhand.
