First Comic styled drawing in a LONG time

I've been out of the loop on comic book styled art. Decided to sketch something up. I wanted thick and alluring. Not happy with the gun so I'm going to have to re-approach it before I hit it up with inks. I also wish I had put something on her right arm to balance out the left leg...

Character design is mine. Sorry about the bad "scan" as all I have is a digital camera.

It's been at least 4 years since I did anything in this style so any crits would be helpful.

Welcome back to the fold man.
It's pretty good, well better than good actually.
Just breezing over it really fast you don't notice anything particularly wrong with her, but on a slower and closer inspection a few things leap to attention, such as the gun and her awkward grasp on it starting from the wrist area. I'm going to write off her shoulders as more of a stylistic choice than an error, however the placement of her hips I'm not so sure about.
One of the artists around here might be able to explain better than I can about the hips.
