Well I was going for more of a start of easy and fun and work upwards thing. But I might do the weekly post thing that does seem to work alot better.
You might want to concentrate on pictures of higher quality and better light and shadow play for these, TK. If you really want to learn from this exercise take it a bit more serious. Don't be afraid to introduce some landscapes and neat architecture aside from people and animals as well.
I also see you're going for the single jumbo thread format a la muscle sketch group. I'd suggest splitting it up into different weekly threads for easy access, but it's up to you.

Here's my 8-9 minute puppy sketch. Maybe we ought to do boxers or MMA fighters or gymnasts, something with a bunch of exaggerated/ extreme poses? Just an idea?

That rainbow-ey effect on drew is because it's on some fancy paper my wife left on the printer. The poster with the pup really erked me btw because it's "you're" awesome not "your" awesome.
