Scott, I'm starting to wonder if you've been paying attention to the conversation. I acknowledged that my original post was confusing and said it wasn't normally how I worded deadlines for draw offs. I gave an example of how I would normally do it, which to me, is pretty clear and you're still arguing over it.

"Before midnight on May 11th" sounds to me like it should be due Sunday night. I'm just saying, putting the deadline as Monday night, 11:59 PM removes all the confusion. That's what I do when I run draw-offs.

Again, you just said that if I would have posted "On May 11th before midnight", that you'd still think the deadline is Sunday. And no, I don't understand where you're coming from on that one. Even with a chart.

I still don't get why it would be confusing, with or without a comma. The key word in all of this is ON. If I say "On May 11th" I don't mean "On May 10th". But it doesn't matter. If it's confusing to some people then it's worth making sure it's worded so everyone gets it.

I'm stymied that you guys have batted this back and forth for so long. For as long as I've been here, well over 7 years, Monday at midnight meant Monday night...period. When did this become as issue?
