this is my first attempt at using prismacolors...the blue ran out (the set i got was given to me by a friend who already used them to an extent) so thats why his left arm looks kinda streaky. what do you guys think?

There's something anatomically incorrect about the two brow bulges above his visor. They suggest that he has two, protruding, rounded bug eyes. Do you know what I mean? They kinda look like a little pair of blue boobs -- and his visor is a silver bra. Can you see it now?

Aside from that - I like the way you've used the pens.

yeah, i knew something was off about that. i'll never be able to look at this thing the same again, hah. i was mainly just experimenting with the markers anyway though. thanks for the crit.

That shadow in the middle of his chest is the only thing that really jumps out as being off to me. It's just too wide.

I like this piece, the shading is nice and the rendering is good also. I think beastie covered the eyebrow part. I would have liked to see just a little more definition in the torso, more abs and show the side muscles overlapping the ribs. And don't be afraid to add more contrast in the face like you did with the body. Adding a shadow under the nose possibly, the side of the face, and highlighting the chin or the tip of the nose, with one more shade lighter.
