I'm always torn with this. The ones that are supposed to look like "real" people still look dead, but the ones that are using this amazing technology to create characters look awesome.

Is that the famous Rick Baker? It's cool to know that even though he's a master of the traditional, he can do digital too and be fraking incredible at it.
