The Mandarin has already been alluded to in the first movie. The Ten Rings? They even specifically mention Manchurian terrorists.

As long as it has nothing do with skrulls, I'll be cool with a blitzed Tony kicking whoever's ass. It might even be beneficial to go the Nolan-Batman way and use two real villians in conjunction to up the ante.

There was a rumour the first film would use Mandarin reimagined as a terrorist. Sounds about right to me.

I'd love to see Crimson Dynamo... as Well as a Terrorist Org run by Mandarin along with a hacker who takes control of the Iron Man Armor and commits a couple of crimes forcing Drunk Tony into Jail and Rhody to dawn the War machine Armor (breath)...

Oh...

And a Hulk Buster Cameo.

My hopes for Iron Man 2: Stark goes on a bender. Rhodey dons the armor to fight Titanium Man (and maybe Crimson Dynamo). Rhodey goes nutso. Stark has to fight Rhodey. Stark and Rhodey team up to defeat the baddies. The antagonist is run by Hydra - they remain in the background for the most part, but it allows a few more Shield agents to show up. Maybe even mention Advanced Idea Mechanics. This nicely sets up an Avengers movie and introduces Warmachine.

I'm a friggin' genius.

The Blu Ray version of Iron Man is awesome. Bought it and love it. Cant wait for part 2.

I wanna see Tony's designs for the Hulkbuster Armor and the Guardsmen. Maybe even get a glimpse of The Vault. If there's an Avengers movie coming, they gotta put all those bad-guys SOMEWHERE.
And maybe they could introduce Hank Pym(is that the alter ego they're using in Ant-Man?), a robotics guy who comps some of Tony's armors elements to make a super android, so they could bring Ultron into the Avengers film right away.

I heard since Denis Leary is actually being considered for the Ant Man movie, they were thinking of going with Scott Lang or even Eric O'Grady.
