Couture is old but good and Lesnar is tough but in experienced, so I say Lesnar just because of age.

Couture is one of only two UFC fighters to have held a championship title in two different divisions (heavyweight and light heavyweight) while in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (the other fighter being BJ Penn), as well as the only five-time champion in UFC history

Yeah, I'm pretty familiar with Couture's record. But I just don't get why I should consider him one of the greatest ever, I guess...
Anyway, I'm curious to see what the old geezer will pull out of his hat against Lesnar.

Have ya seen any of his fights? Mostly basic beatdowns over some huge guys.
I think Lesnar's going to be too big and strong. Lesner's gonna lose to a technical fighter. Couture, while greatly skilled, doesn't have the technical skills that I think would catch Lesner. Couture's game plan has always been about dirty boxing, getting up close, and grinding out wins. If he gets too close to Lesner, he'll have a hard time dealing with Lesner's brute strength and size. Just like when Couture fought Barnett. Barnett's size gave Couture all sorts of problems.
That being said, Captain America's heart and will can't be discounted. The guy is a gamer and will leave everything in the cage. Should be a good fight.
I just don't think there's any guys out there with Brock's level of pure bull strength and it'll take a guy with some serious tech. skill to sub him because he'll basically be able to power out of many subs.
Captain America hasn't fought in over a year, is old as hell in the fight game. I really think it's going to be similar to when Royce Gracie fought Matt Hughes except a lot more brutal.
Frank Mir submitted him, but I chalk that up to Lesnar being very inexperienced, walked right into it.
